At this popular playground on Lincoln St/Berkeley between 5th and 6th Aves, the bathroom has no pull-down diaper-changing station, so parents and caregivers have to change the babies’ diapers on benches or the bathroom floor, why don’t we add a diaper-changing pull-down so that people can give their babies a sanitary diaper change?
Or–what if we added diaper-changing pull-down tables to all of the playground bathrooms in our district, if we have enough PB money?
